About Us
About Fact Storm Hub
Fact Storm Hub is your daily destination for verified, story-driven facts that change how you see the world. Founded in March 2026, we bring together rigorous research, AI-assisted writing, and human editorial review to deliver content that’s accurate, engaging, and worth your time.
Our Mission
We believe facts shouldn’t be boring. Every day, millions of fascinating discoveries get buried in dry academic papers, paywalled journals, or endless social media noise. Our mission is to surface the most surprising, well-researched facts and turn them into stories you actually want to read — whether you’re commuting, taking a break, or curious about the universe at 2 AM.
What We Cover
We focus on nine carefully curated content categories where curiosity meets credibility:
- Science & Space — The latest discoveries from NASA, JWST, peer-reviewed research, and the frontiers of physics
- Technology & AI — Breakthroughs in artificial intelligence, robotics, software, and the future of computing
- Psychology & Human Behavior — What modern neuroscience and behavioral research reveal about how we think
- History & World Facts — Forgotten civilizations, untold events, and the patterns that shape humanity
- Cricket Facts — Stats, records, and stories from cricket’s greatest moments and players
- Animal & Nature Facts — Wildlife discoveries, ecosystems, and the strange biology of the natural world
- Inventions & Discoveries — The accidental, brilliant, and surprising stories behind everyday objects
- Geography & Places — Hidden locations, abandoned cities, and geographic wonders
- Viral & Amazing Facts — Mind-bending facts that defy expectations
How We Create Our Content
Every article on Fact Storm Hub follows a multi-stage process designed to balance speed with quality:
- Topic Discovery — We monitor trending topics across Google Trends, Reddit, YouTube, and curated news sources to find what people are genuinely curious about right now.
- Live Web Research — Our research system pulls real-time facts from the open web using Google Search APIs, prioritizing authoritative sources (.edu, .gov, peer-reviewed journals, official records).
- AI-Assisted Drafting — We use large language models (Gemini 2.5 Flash and Anthropic Claude) to draft articles in our editorial voice, anchored to the verified research from step 2.
- Multi-Stage Review — Every article passes through automated quality checks (fact count, source verification, readability) and an AI-powered editor that scores articles from 1–10. Only articles scoring 8+ get published.
- Sources Cited — Every published article includes a Sources section linking back to the primary research used during drafting.
- Continuous Refresh — Older articles are periodically refreshed with new data so the facts stay current.
Our AI Disclosure
We believe in radical transparency about how our content is made. Fact Storm Hub uses AI tools (Gemini, Claude, FLUX image generation) as part of our editorial workflow. Every article includes a clear AI disclosure at the bottom, and we use HTML meta tags so search engines can recognize AI-assisted content. We don’t hide it — we embrace it as a tool that lets us cover more topics with more research depth than a small team could manage alone.
That said, the editorial standards, fact-checking process, topic selection, and quality thresholds are designed and maintained by humans. AI is the writer; humans set the rules.
Our Editorial Standards
We hold ourselves to these principles:
- Accuracy first. If a fact can’t be verified from multiple sources or one authoritative source, it doesn’t go in the article.
- Specificity over generality. “Many scientists believe…” is lazy. We name names, dates, places, and numbers.
- Sources visible. Every article ends with a Sources section. No black-box claims.
- No clickbait without payoff. If a headline promises “5 facts that will blow your mind”, the article better deliver 5 actually mind-blowing facts.
- Update or delete. When we find an error, we fix it publicly. When a fact gets superseded by new research, we update the article and note the change.
- Respect the reader’s time. Articles are 1500–2500 words because that’s the length needed to explain complex topics properly — not because we’re padding for SEO.
